Malcolm Clancy said he was excited to return to Western Australia and join PCEC at a pivotal time for the business events industry.

“As a Western Australian, I’ve always recognised the important role Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre plays in bringing people together, attracting new opportunities to our State and showcasing Western Australia to the world.

“To take on this newly created role is a privilege and one I don’t take lightly. PCEC has a strong reputation for delivering world-class events and creating lasting economic and community impact.

“I look forward to building on those strong foundations, working with industry and government partners, and helping to further strengthen Perth’s position as a leading destination for business events. Western Australia has so much to offer, and I’m thrilled to be returning home and contributing to the venue’s future success.”

Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Tourism and Events Management and a Graduate Certificate in International Marketing from Murdoch University, together with a Diploma in Leadership and Management from University College Dublin.
