Getting here & finding your way

Our main entrance is located on Mounts Bay Road. If you are arriving by bus at the Elizabeth Quay Bus Station, the centre is a short walk away via the pedestrian ramps.

If you have misplaced personal items like a jacket, phone, or wallet, please visit our information desk in the main lobby or email info@pcec.com.au. Please include a detailed description of the item, the event you attended, and your seating location.

The authorised partner box office typically opens approximately two hours before a performance. Specific show times and opening acts are determined by the event promoter; we recommend checking your Ticketek confirmation or the official event page for the most accurate schedule.

While you may bring your own water bottle into the centre, no outside food is permitted within the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Bars and kiosks in our foyers offer a range of food and beverage options, though some theatre events may restrict consumption inside the auditorium.

Cloakroom services for bags and prams are provided only if requested by your event organiser on a show–by–show basis. For security reasons, we do not have permanent self–service lockers at the centre. Please check your ticket or contact your organiser directly to confirm if storage will be operational during your visit.

Easy access for everyone

he centre is fully accessible with lifts servicing all levels from the car park. The Riverside Theatre features dedicated wheelchair spaces and companion seating. If you use a walker or crutches, our ushers can assist you to your seat and store your mobility aid nearby during the performance.

Yes, we support the Companion Card programme for most ticketed events. We recommend booking through Ticketek’s Accessible Ticketing service to ensure appropriate seating is allocated for both you and your companion.

Planning an event or school excursion

Teachers planning excursions can find our School Resources Pack on our website. This includes our current Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance), Emergency Response Plan, and evacuation maps required for Department of Education risk assessments.

Yes, our in-house catering team can provide halal, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options for your guests. Please ensure these requirements are discussed with your event coordinator during the planning phase.

Exhibitors & technical support

All contractors and exhibitors must complete a site induction before entering the loading docks or event floors. Please contact your event organiser for the master induction link and portal password to upload your compliance documents.

Exhibitors requiring technical services or booth upgrades should use our online ordering portal. If you encounter technical issues or need specific technical floor plans for Perth events, please reach out to your assigned account manager.

Parking, transport & security

On-site parking is available for cars, including ACROD bays near the lifts. For school or charter buses, drop-off and pick-up zones are located at the Plaza entrance. Please note that bus parking is not available on-site and must be arranged through the City of Perth.

CCTV is used for venue security. For privacy and legal reasons, we only share footage of incidents or accidents with the WA Police Force or insurance companies when they make an official request.
