Tracy brings more than three decades of industry experience, having started her career in 1992 and joining PCEC in July 2002. Throughout her time at the Centre, she has played a key role in supporting conference clients to achieve their business event goals, while helping position Perth as a welcoming and dynamic destination for national and international events. Tracy is passionate about the entire client journey, particularly the lead-up to each event, and believes this is where lasting impact and legacy are created. She values the strong partnerships and connections she has built over the years, both with colleagues and industry stakeholders, and continues to be energised by the positive outcomes business events bring to the Western Australian community. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys volunteering on her extended family’s farm, spending quality time with loved ones, and supporting both future generations and her elders.
