Malcolm officially began his career in the industry in 2011, though his passion for events started at a young age, putting on shows for his parents. After working closely alongside PCEC for many years, he joined the team in 2026 as Director of Business Development.
Malcolm views events as a powerful catalyst for innovation and relishes the opportunity to support incredible people in accomplishing incredible things. In his role, he is passionate about driving strategic growth, building collaborative partnerships, and helping bring ambitious visions to life.
Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys travelling, heading to the beach, reading, and spending quality time with his wife, Aoife. For him, a perfect weekend involves unwinding by the sea in Rottnest with Aoife and the latest Richard Osman novel.
