Luiz has been working in the hospitality industry since 2016, building his experience across a range of kitchens before progressing into leadership roles. He joined PCEC as a Chef De Cuisine in the Hot Kitchen in September 2023 and was promoted to Executive Sous Chef in November 2025. Luiz enjoys working with a high-performance team, finding it especially rewarding to support others in their growth and development. He thrives on the creativity and variety that each event brings, taking pride in seeing careful planning and collaboration come together to deliver exceptional food and memorable guest experiences. Outside of work, Luiz enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, travelling, keeping up with culinary trends, and camping.
