Liz officially began her career in hospitality in 1999, after growing up in a hospitality family. She first joined PCEC in Sales & Events from 2008 to 2010, returning in 2021. Liz is passionate about people, building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners, and creating welcoming, memorable experiences that bring the brand to life.
Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her young family, enjoying everything from board games and dance parties to beach outings with their dog. She also loves baking, listening to music, and unwinding by the ocean whenever she can.
