Joyce brings 19 years of industry experience, having developed her expertise through a variety of operational and leadership roles. She has spent a total of 10 years at PCEC across multiple positions, giving her a deep understanding of the organisation’s people, operations, and clients. Joyce is passionate about leading and collaborating with a team of driven individuals to create memorable experiences, while also partnering closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Having started on the floor, she values the detail behind service delivery, which now informs her strategic approach to shaping meaningful and impactful outcomes. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys getting lost in a good book, catching up with friends, and practising Pilates.
