Jeya began his career in 1995 and brings over 30 years of global industry experience, having worked as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Executive Pastry Chef across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. He joined PCEC three years ago and is deeply passionate about his craft, approaching every pastry creation with dedication and creativity. Jeya takes great pride in sharing his skills and knowledge with his team and values the creative freedom he’s given to innovate and excel. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and cooking for them, combining his love of food and connection.
