Gwendolyn has worked in the events industry since graduating from university, beginning her career as an Exhibition Organiser and progressing through a range of roles including Professional Conference Organiser, Project Director, Event Manager, and Hotel Sales Manager. Now a Senior Sales Manager at PCEC, she brings a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the MICE industry. She joined PCEC in 2021 and is passionate about making a meaningful impact, driving revenue, supporting client success, and contributing to broader outcomes such as economic growth, knowledge sharing, and positive community legacy. Outside of work, Gwendolyn enjoys staying active through swimming and cycling, as well as spending quality time with family and unwinding with a good movie.
