Dean brings 16 years of industry experience, having started his career as a part-time food and beverage attendant in a large resort hotel, a path he has been passionate about ever since. He joined PCEC in October 2024 and has quickly embraced the dynamic and people-focused nature of his role. Dean enjoys that no two days are the same and values the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of individuals. He is particularly passionate about leading, inspiring, and developing his diverse team. Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending quality time with his family and making the most of the warmer climate by heading to the beach.
