Cathy has been working in the industry since 2017, the same year she joined PCEC. She is passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where a diverse, multicultural team can grow and thrive. Cathy finds it incredibly rewarding to see people develop, feel recognised, and confidently bring their strengths to their roles, while also ensuring clients experience genuine care and professionalism. Outside of work, she enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
