Carissa began her career in the hospitality and events industry in 2012, building a strong foundation across retail operations, food and beverage, team leadership, and large-scale event delivery. She joined Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre in 2017 and has since held a variety of operational and leadership roles, both at PCEC and across other contracts. Carissa thrives in the creative, fast-paced nature of her role and enjoys bringing events to life while leading teams and continuously enhancing the guest experience through innovation and emerging trends. Outside of work, she loves exploring new cultures through travel and food, and can often be found baking sweet treats and sourdough or working on creative projects with a paintbrush in hand.
