Ash began working in the industry in 2016, starting straight after high school while undertaking tertiary studies at university. She also joined PCEC that same year, with a brief hiatus between 2021 and 2023. Ash is passionate about leading and developing people in a fast-paced environment and finds great satisfaction in bringing a client’s vision to life, from initial collaboration through to seamless execution. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new food spots, and taking time to reset on weekends.
