The three day gin festival promises to be an unforgettable experience for gin lovers. With 55 of Australia’s most exciting craft gin distillers in attendance, it’s the perfect opportunity to sample a wide variety of gins and learn more about the craft of gin distilling.

In addition to showcasing over 200 boutique gins from Australia’s top crafters, the festival will also offer visitors the chance to meet the distillers themselves and learn about their unique processes and techniques. Festival-goers will have the opportunity to sample LongRays tonic, which is the perfect accompaniment to any gin. One of the festival’s highlights is the gin tasting masterclasses, which will be hosted by one of Australia’s top gin experts. These classes provide an opportunity for attendees to deepen their understanding and appreciation of gin, as well as to learn more about the specific distilling techniques used by the distiller. The session will be led by Cameron Syme, Master Distiller at the Margaret River Distilling Company and Giniversity. Cameron’s one-hour session promises to be a truly immersive experience, with attendees learning about the unique botanicals and production methods used in his award-winning gins.
