On Sunday 23rd May 2021 at the Perth Convention & Exhibition from 10am – 3pm. Admission is free and is open to all ages to attend this one day event. Attendees will take home the ‘My Best Self’ Showbag.

The Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo is the place to go for the latest in fitness, wellness, nutrition, health, psychology, education and more. This is Australia’s favourite showcase of wellness solutions and is a unique learning forum for thousands of health-conscious visitors.

Tickets are FREE, however registration is required.
