Complimentary wheelchair hire will be available for visitors who require assistance. Simply register at the ticket desk to access support throughout the day.

Hearing Headphones
For attendees at the Main Stage with hearing difficulties, Lions Hearing Clinic (Stand 118) will provide hearing headphones to enhance the clarity and volume of speakers during seminars. Simply register for the headphones at the Stage to use this service.

Aroha Show Bag
Each visitor will receive a complimentary Aroha show bag on arrival, filled with the Expo program and useful information from exhibitors and aged care providers.

Entertainment
The Melody Master Jazz Trio will bring a relaxed atmosphere to the event with their live roaming performances throughout the day.

Café
Take a break with a barista-made coffee and grab a bite from the venue’s pop-up café. It’s the perfect place to recharge before exploring more of the Expo! Please note the café will be card only.

Ticket & Registration Details
Entry to the Expo is free! We recommend registering online before the event to receive updates and enjoy a faster entry on the day.
Your free entry includes access to the Main Stage, Ageing Well Stage, entertainment, and insights from over 100 aged care exhibitors. You’ll also receive a complimentary Aroha Show Bag and the chance to enter the door prize draw.
Food and coffee will be available to purchase from the pop-up café. Please note this is card only.
