Should approval for animals to be onsite be granted by the PCEC, it will be on the condition that the following guidelines apply (PCEC Event Manual):

The animals must be in an enclosed setting, with proper shelter and sufficient space.
The animals must receive sufficient food and water and bedding must be removed and replaced with fresh material frequently.
Animals utilised as exhibits for more than 12 hours must have provisions for exercise.
Animals found to be sick, distressed or injured must be removed immediately and appropriate treatment provided.
Adequate arrangements for supervision must be available so animals are not subject to being teased, bullied or otherwise ill-treated.
All regulations and conditions set by regulatory authorities must be adhered to.
Proper bio-security measures must be taken as per the biohazard risk present.
