Peter brings a wealth of operational and hospitality experience to his role as Director of Operations, overseeing Retail, Housekeeping, and Security at PCEC. His career began at Government House Canberra as a butler, before moving into the kitchen at the renowned Lobby Restaurant. An entrepreneur at heart, Peter went on to own and operate three hospitality venues, securing major catering contracts with high-profile federal departments including Defence, Treasury, ASIO, PMC, and CSIRO.

In 2014, Peter relocated to Western Australia for a lifestyle change and joined Spotless at PCEC. His career has since spanned multiple leadership roles, including site and contract management at UWA, HBF Park, and within the resources sector as a Village Manager in the Pilbara. Returning to PCEC in 2024, Peter is a valued member of the senior leadership team, bringing strategic insight, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to service delivery across every touchpoint of the venue.
