Joshua embarked on his professional journey as a Registered Nurse before elevating his expertise with a Masters in Occupational Health and Safety Management. His tenure at Spotless commenced in 2010 as the OHS Advisor – WA, where he closely collaborated with PCEC and managed various contracts. Progressing through the ranks, Joshua assumed State/National Safety Management roles, overseeing diverse sectors from Hospitality to Resources, Defence, Laundries, and Utilities. After a period in the non-profit sector, Joshua seized the opportunity to return to PCEC and contribute to the dynamic environment in 2017.
