Facilitated by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD), Turning the Dial is a two-day event tailored towards food and beverage manufacturers and is the first of its kind in Western Australia. All WA food and beverage manufacturers and invested industry stakeholders are encouraged to attend.
The 2-day event will focus on current issues facing the sector including:

– Packaging and the broader circular economy agenda
– Advancing WA business sustainability credentials
It will provide attendees with practical information on:
– Global best practice to guide discussions
– Solutions for immediate application
In addition to acting as the conduit for expert intelligence and analysis, Turning the Dial will provide industry capacity building and networking, and will offer an introduction to market innovators and R&D advances.
Turning the Dial will feature MC Josh Byrne – Gardening Australia’s WA presenter and Dean, Sustainable Futures, at Curtin University – Josh is an environmental scientist and urban design professional with a national profile as a consultant, researcher and communicator in urban sustainability. His technical expertise spans amenity horticulture, water sensitive design, high performance housing and sustainable urban development.
