What happens to my tickets if the event is cancelled?
If the event shall cancel due to the current health advice, you will receive a full refund and if purchased by credit or debit card, you do not need to take any action. If the event has postponed and you wish to receive a refund please log a request with Ticketek here. If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or the card has expired, please supply Ticketek with updated bank details here within 3 business days of receiving the postponed or cancelled event information.
What happens to my tickets is the event is postponed?
If the event shall postpone due to the current health advice, All tickets purchased for the original dates will be honoured for the rescheduled dates with Ticketek.
What if I can’t attend the new date?
If you are unable to attend your new performance date listed to request a full refund (including ticket insurance premium and refundable ticket purchase, if relevant).
If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or the card has expired, and you require a refund, please supply Ticketek with updated bank details here within 3 business days since the date of this email in order to process your refund.
Patrons who purchased tickets in an Agency using cash or EFTPOS and required a refund, will receive a full refund to a bank account. Please provide Ticketek with your bank accounts details.
If you do not provide correct details, Ticketek will be unable to refund your tickets.
