The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) offers clients access to state-of-the-art technology and communication facilities for events of every size – ensuring fast, reliable and secure Internet access for every attendee.
All conference delegates, event attendees and the general public can now stay connected to the web and their emails at the PCEC via the free wireless internet service which is available throughout the venue.
Complementary wi-fi is available for all event organisers. This 6Mbps connection is capped at 5 devices. Contact your PCEC Event Manager to arrange access.
Additional connections, speeds beyond the complementary offering or group log ins for events and delegates can be accommodated.
For general public and patrons, free wi-fi is available throughout the venue and is limited to 2mb per user for 60 minutes of access per login (upon agreeing to the terms and conditions). Upon expiry, users will be re-directed back to the portal page in order to gain access again. This is intended for general web browsing and checking web-based email only. Should longer (uninterrupted) connections or faster speeds be desired, users can purchase these via the wireless internet credit card portal.
Payment devices require the purchase of a separate connection to ensure compatibility with our network. Contact your PCEC Event Manager or Exhibitor Services to make arrangements.
Our menus have been designed by Executive Chef, Mark Meier, and our in-house team of internationally experienced chefs showcasing the best and freshest local Western Australian produce. Other than in the provision of security personnel in conformance with the recommendations of the Liquor Control Act 1988, PCEC’s security department does not pro-actively participate in event security activities. However, additional security personnel including crowd controllers and other specialists trained in advanced security work can be arranged, speak with your Event Manager for requirements and prices.
The City of Perth owns and operates the car park located directly underneath PCEC through City of Perth Parking (CPP). The car park operates 24 hours 7 days a week, offering a staffed Customer Service
Centre and closed circuit television.
Event organisers holding events at PCEC can pre-purchase pre-paid tickets through PCEC. The current rates are:
24 Hour, Multiple Entry ……………………………………………………………………………………….$36.00 per ticket
This option provides a 24 hour multiple entry and exit. Unless indicated otherwise, ticket validity times will commence from midnight on the nominated date.
12 Hours Continuous Parking, Single Entry …………………………………………………………..$26.00 per ticket
This option provides one single entry and exit, 12 hours continuous parking. Entry is between 07:00 am and Midnight, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday entry is anytime.
Patrons parking longer than planned are responsible for paying any additional parking fees. To arrange payment patrons should visit CPP Customer Service Office located in the car park before returning to their vehicle.
Please note that four weeks advance notice is required to lodge your PCEC Parking Ticket Application for pre-paid parking tickets. Event organisers are responsible for distributing parking tickets to participants prior to the event day. Refer to CPP Terms and Conditions of Release for additional information.
