    One of the biggest events on the annual resources sector calendar in Western Australia, 2015 WIRA recipients will be announced at a presentation breakfast on 6 March 2015 coinciding with International Women’s Day celebrations.
    Popular media personality and political commentator Annabel Crabb will once again host the awards.

  • Gluten Free Food & Healthy Living Expo
    21 March to 22 March
    See, taste and enjoy gluten free food and healthy food options.
    There will be over 50 companies on show with 12 seminars and 14 cooking demonstrations over the two days. Visitors will be able to taste new food options, discover some healthy alternatives and learn about coeliac disease and importantly how to live gluten free.
    If you are there for a while, gluten free food will be available to have a snack on site along with gluten free beer and organic wine. Many companies will have tastings of their produce and there will of course be show specials to take advantage of.
    The awareness and recognition of gluten free food has grown along with an understanding of coeliac disease and gluten intolerance. There are many products now in the market place as well as restaurants carrying more options for diners.

  • Education and International Students Expo
    21 March
    More than 20 major institutions in WA will participate in the Expo to provide resources, consultation in choosing the right institute or school/courses and enrolment advice. Students will have the chance to meet and attend the on the spot interview with all the institution counselors as well as the privilege of getting their enrolment fees waived.
    Apart from the education institutions, the expo also integrates the participation from various international students’ related organisations to provide advice and services to the settlement needs for international students. The Expo will also feature a number of invited speakers who will share and discuss interesting topics such as latest trend of study as pathway to Migration, professional licensing, job seeking skills and career development.
    Free gift bags will be distributed to registered attendants and also chance to win air tickets and other attractive lucky draw items.
