Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Media Release

PERTH CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTRE TO CLOSE TEMPORARILY

Following advice from the Australian Government, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) will be temporarily closed to the public from Friday 20 March 2020 until midnight 16th April.

The Government’s advice calls for all non-essential gatherings in excess of 100 people to be cancelled in light of the increasing transmission of COVID-19 in Australia.

PCEC is following all health directives, from both the Federal and State Governments, to uphold critical public health measures.

The health and safety of PCEC clients, visitors and staff are of the utmost importance to us and remains our top priority.

PCEC will aim to mitigate any inconvenience caused by this disruption and will provide updates on its website and social media platforms.

During this difficult time, PCEC has nominated Roobix to perform media liaison on behalf of the business. Roobix welcomes all enquiries in writing only at pcec@roobix.com.au.

For any enquiries regarding events, please email tracy.baker@pcec.com.au.
