PCEC is Perth's epicentre for business events and the state's only purpose-built convention and exhibition centre. **Our Spaces**

PCEC offers 28,000sqm of flexible, purpose-built event space across multiple distinct venues, all designed to support business events of every scale:

- **Riverside Theatre** — Perth's largest tiered theatre, seating up to 2,500 guests. A flagship space for large conferences, keynote presentations, conventions and special events. Features a 10m ceiling, 1,000sqm of covered performance space, goods entrance, rigging points and dedicated loading bays. Located minutes from Elizabeth Quay train station.
- **BelleVue Ballroom** — Seats up to 1,700 guests. A premium space for conferences, conventions, gala dinners and awards nights. Features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River.
- **Exhibition Pavilions** — Six versatile pavilion halls that can be combined to offer 16,644sqm of uninterrupted space, accommodating over 10,000 people. The go-to choice for trade shows, public expos, product launches and large-scale business events. Easy access via public transport, taxi, Uber and City of Perth parking.
- **Meeting Rooms** — 23 multi-functional rooms hosting 20 to 200 guests each. Ideal for seminars, workshops, breakout sessions and corporate meetings. All rooms include WiFi and the latest AV technology via in-house supplier AVPartners. Most include a foyer for catering, networking or small exhibitions. Rooms can be combined for expanded capacity.
- **River View Rooms** — Multifunctional spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River. Well suited to corporate dinners, private functions and executive events.

PCEC's culinary offering is designed to complement business events — from working lunches and conference coffee breaks to formal gala dinners and cocktail receptions. The menu draws on local Western Australian produce and features a curated selection of WA wines. Full catering options are available through the Culinary Collection in the Toolkit, including plated dinners, stand-up lunches, cocktail receptions and full banquet service.

**Technology**

PCEC is built for the demands of modern business events. The venue's in-house AV partner, AVPartners, provides stage design, immersive experiences, bespoke lighting, advanced sound engineering and full-service event technology — including a 20m x 5m LED screen in the Riverside Theatre, the largest in any Perth event space. AVPartners has deep in-venue knowledge of PCEC and services business events of all types and scales, ensuring seamless delivery for organisers.

PCEC's central Perth location is a key asset for business events. Situated at Elizabeth Quay, the venue is adjacent to the Elizabeth Quay train station, walkable from Perth's CBD hotels and business district, and within easy reach of Uber, taxi and City of Perth parking.
