Presented by the Catering Institute of Australia (WA), the award represents the benchmark for excellence in the catering industry.
PCEC Chief Executive Officer, Dean Lee, was excited by the win, “This industry award is a fitting testament to the incredible professionalism of our staff and their consistent commitment to the finest traditions of catering and hospitality,” he said. “By achieving this award we have stayed true to our mission to deliver quality service and catering.”
Executive Chef, Richard Taylor and his kitchen team of over 40 staff were ‘blown-away’ by the win.
“Our success is based on the consistent approach to producing a high quality product for every single guest that experiences our venue, and treating each dish as if it were being presented in a five-star restaurant,” Mr Taylor said.
The accolade in not only a testament to Richard Taylor and his team but also the unwavering attentive service that Catering Manager, Anton Augustine, and the centre’s banqueting team provides to every event.
