The Perth Convention Exhibition Centre’s aim is to provide all clients with a memorable culinary experience by establishing a style that is synonymous to Western Australia through the use of local ingredients with a fresh, innovative and contemporary approach to tastes and presentations.

All menus have been created by the PCEC's team of highly skilled and internationally experienced Chefs to reflect the Western Australian Mediterranean climate, while embracing Asian, classical European and other international culinary influences. The PCEC also offers full Chinese service and can tailor authentic Chinese menus for specialised events.

The menus have been written to provide our visitors and event organisers with a broad range of innovative food concepts capable of being delivered in a number of service methods.

The dishes that make up these menus have been written as per fine-dining that can be delivered to small and large meetings and events. New lighter styled food concepts are embraced from all corners of the globe while not forgetting the technical brilliance of yesteryears classics.

Helping Telethon...

Telethon is a dedicated West Australian children's charity that since 1968 has been raising funds for medical equipment and facilities, child health research and for medical and social welfare of children.

As the home of Telethon, the PCEC is donating 20 cents from each delegate tea/ coffee break sold from our 'Breaks Menus' to Telethon. Monies raised will be given to Telethon over the Telethon weekend held here at the PCEC every year.
