Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre aims to provide all clients and visitors with a memorable culinary experience, created through a unique showcase of foods that are synonymous with Western Australia.

Tempting menus, specially created to reflect the State’s Mediterranean climate, feature the best and freshest of local ingredients, while embracing Asian, classical European and other international culinary influences.

Award winning chefs...  

PCEC's team of highly skilled, international experienced chefs, many with award-winning credentials, is led by Executive Chef,  Nigel Keen.

The kitchen team, has career origins from all over the world, including South Africa, Ireland, France, Kuwait, China and Australia.

Together, they prepare and serve fresh, restaurant-quality cuisine to a multitude of events, ranging from boardroom luncheons for 50 to conference banquets for 5,000 people.

Western Australia is home to some of the freshest, tastiest produce in the world.  So when visiting Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, you can indulge in the very best of the West.

Be tempted by succulent seafood, garden-fresh fruit and vegetables, tasty Harvey Beef, tender lamb, and dairy products straight from the farm.  These are just some of the ingredients that make dining at the PCEC a real treat.

The appealing wine list showcases an extensive range of West Australian wines, courtesy of the State being home to some of the world's leading wine growing districts, including the famous Margaret River region in the South West.
 
Wines from other Australian states, as well as an extensive list of imported wines, complement the attractive range of alcoholic beverages on offer at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The PCEC's mouth-watering menu options have been individually created to showcase Western Australia’s fresh, local ingredients.  The tempting menu choices also embrace Asian, classical European and other international culinary influences.

Superior facilities... 

Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre has one of the largest kitchens in Western Australia, comprising a main commissary kitchen, four banquet kitchens, one restaurant kitchens and six food outlets kitchens. 

Covering total floor space of more than 2,000 square metres, the kitchens can manage the preparation of up to 5,000 meals daily – all individually created with a personal touch and five-star quality.

The food and beverage operation caters to events of every size and scope.  All client needs are professionally serviced across the full range venues and facilities within Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Velluto Espresso Bar...

When breaking from proceedings, Velluto Espresso Bar within the PCEC is available for informal business meetings and light meals.

Located within the venue’s main foyer on Level 2 and offering a light, stylish menu, Velluto is perfect for a business meeting or leisurely meal.

Velluto also serves as Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre’s internet café.
